Regulatory report: US states’ smokable hemp regulations by state, April 2020

With the federal legalisation of hemp in the US by the 2018 Farm Bill, individual states were left to enact legislation to adapt to this change in federal law. One complication that was not anticipated was the issue of smokable hemp dried hemp flower buds that look and smell exactly like marijuana but contain no more than 0.3% THC.
