Description
Although Canada has a well-established legal market for cannabis and CBD products, it continues to identify ways to expand access to the legal market. One proposal that has received great interest is cannabis health products (CHPs), which would allow access to health products containing cannabis without oversight by a health care practitioner. This report offers a comprehensive and detailed overview of the current regulatory framework in place for CBD and cannabis in Canada, covering all areas of law from cultivation and growing requirements, finished products and extracts, to the country’s medical and recreational cannabis regimes. It also includes our personal analysis of current proposals being put forward to further regulate the market.
