The Peruvian Health Ministry has published a draft legal framework that will regulate the medicinal and therapeutic cannabis market following the 16th May resolution promising such a move in order to kickstart the South American country’s nascent cannabis industry.
A consultation is now underway before the final version of the bill is published later this year.
