In this over-view of Swiss regulations concerning CBD, we find that THC content is limited to 0.3% in cannabis plants and 1% in finished products, significantly higher than most adjacent EU countries, but mobile testing is being carried out, particularly on hemp flower. Edible CBD-enriched products are considered novel food products, and require authorisation from the food safety agency — but no authorisations have yet been issued.
