A new law makes Minnesota the first state in the US to apply a 21+ age restriction to all hemp-derived cannabinoid products regardless of potential for intoxication.
The new regulation also sets a distinction between intoxicating and non-intoxicating cannabinoids without specifically defining which is considered which. It will apply to both human and animal CBD products except those dispensed by a registered medical cannabis manufacturer, which are regulated by other laws.
