The legalisation of many CBD-containing foods, beverages and cosmetics in California has been delayed further as a bill approving their sale is now not expected to pass before the end of the legislative session, which ends on on 13th September.
Despite this delay, Assembly member Cecilia Aguiar-Curry is confident that a bill solving this issue will eventually pass and plans to emphasise work on it during the next legislative session.
