Israel: CBD will no longer be considered a dangerous drug. The Ministry of Health has decided to exclude CBD from the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance as long as its THC content is below 0.3%. The Ministry has also decided to create a working group that will analyse with CBD experts the regulatory changes taking place around the world in order to keep Israeli regulation up-to-date.
