The Italian Agriculture Ministry and the ministries of Health and Ecological Transition, along with the State-Regions Conference, reached an agreement to include hemp seeds and their by-products on the list – but at the same time inserting cannabis flowers, leaves or “active substances” (cannabinoids) destined for medical purposes under the regulatory framework of Narcotics Law n.309/90.
